("we," "us," or "our") operates sleepovertrading.com and its subdomains, our retail store at 373 Main Street in Catskill, New York, and the Sleepover Video Club membership program. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information.

- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We share information only as needed to run our business, with service providers who support essential operations such as payment processing, e-commerce hosting, email delivery, and accounting. These providers may access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

SLEEPOVER TRADING CO MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at rewind@sleepovertrading.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs; you may receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

OPTING OUT OF COMMUNICATIONS

- Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message from us
- Email newsletters: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using established, secure platforms for payment processing and account management. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our website and membership program are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

YOUR CHOICES AND ACCESS
